Terms of Service

These terms cover the browser extensions made by Sapir Software — Full Page Screenshot, HeaderForge, ContrastForge and SnippetForge — and the Pro licences sold for them. By installing an extension or buying a licence you agree to them.

Who sells the licence

Paid licences are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your receipt and licence key. Its buyer terms apply to the payment itself.

What you get

• Free features are free to use, for personal or commercial work, with no account.
• A Pro licence unlocks the paid features described on the pricing page and in each extension's store listing, for one person, on any browser profile they use.
• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt email; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• One-time (lifetime) licences cover the product for as long as it is offered, including updates.

Delivery

Your licence key is delivered instantly by email from Lemon Squeezy after payment. Enter it in the extension to switch on Pro — how to activate. The extensions themselves are installed from the Chrome Web Store or Firefox Add-ons.

Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: 14 days, no questions asked.

Acceptable use

Don't share or resell licence keys, and don't use the extensions to break the law or other people's terms of service. HeaderForge changes requests in your own browser for testing; it is not a tool for getting around another site's security.

Privacy

The extensions run on your computer and send us none of your browsing, screenshots or page content. The only network call is a licence check with Lemon Squeezy. Each product's privacy policy has the detail: Full Page Screenshot, HeaderForge, ContrastForge, SnippetForge.

No warranty

The software is provided as is. We work hard to make it correct and fix problems quickly, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or suit every purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. Changes never take away a licence you already paid for.
