How to activate Pro

Takes about thirty seconds. Works the same for Full Page Screenshot and HeaderForge.

  1. Buy Pro. Use the upgrade link inside the extension, or the checkout link from the store listing. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy.
  2. Check your email for the license key. It usually arrives within a minute of paying. The key is in the email itself — a long string of letters, numbers and dashes.
  3. Open the extension's settings. Right-click the extension icon in your Chrome toolbar and choose Options. (If you don't see the icon, click the puzzle-piece button and pin the extension first.)
  4. Paste the key and activate. Paste the whole key into the license field and click Activate. Pro features switch on straight away — no restart, no re-install.
What activation actually does: the extension sends your key once to Lemon Squeezy to check it's valid, then stores the result on your machine. If the key doesn't work

Nothing arrived by email

Check your spam and promotions folders first — that's where it usually is. If it's genuinely missing, the most common cause is a typo in the email address at checkout. Email me and I'll look it up and resend it.

"Invalid or expired license key"

Usually a copy-paste problem. Make sure you've got the entire key with no trailing space and no line break in the middle — selecting it by double-clicking sometimes grabs only part of it. Try copying it again from the email.

"Network error — try again"

The activation check couldn't reach Lemon Squeezy. Usually a VPN, a corporate firewall, or a brief outage. Try again in a minute, or from a different network.

It activated before but stopped working

If your subscription is still active, just paste the key again. If it lapsed, renewing restores Pro — and anything you made while subscribed is yours regardless. Free features never stop working.

Still stuck

Email sapirsoftware@gmail.com with the email address you bought under and what you're seeing. A real person reads it and I'd rather fix it than leave you with something you paid for and can't use.

Cancelling

Manage or cancel your subscription from the receipt email Lemon Squeezy sent you. Cancelling stops future billing and leaves the free features working exactly as they do now — nothing is taken away and nothing gets locked.
