14 days, no questions asked

If a Pro licence isn't right for you, email sapirsoftware@gmail.com within 14 days of buying it and we will refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Send the email address you bought with, or your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt. The refund goes back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

• The 14-day refund applies to the first payment of a monthly or yearly plan.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your receipt email; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid, and you won't be charged again.
• If a renewal charged you by surprise, write to us within 14 days of the renewal and we will refund it.

After 14 days

If something is broken and we can't fix it, write to us anyway. We would rather refund you than keep money for software that doesn't work.

When a licence is refunded, its key is deactivated and the extension returns to its free features.
